Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate relationships by meeting existing and new clients in person to understand their investment goals and preferences.
Educate clients about mutual fund products, features, and benefits.
Provide personalized investment recommendations based on clients’ financial objectives and risk tolerance.
Assist clients in opening and managing mutual fund accounts.
Proactively reach out to potential clients to promote mutual fund offerings, cross sell company products and generate new business.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Stay updated on market trends, fund performance, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Meet individual sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
Previous experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the stock broking industry.
Knowledge of mutual funds, investment products and other stock market products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation
