MOBILE APP - FAQs

First time login

1. Enter your client ID (sent to your mobile number & e-mail ID), and PAN & for generating a new password, click on “forgot password”.

2. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number

3. Change the password by entering the OTP & the new password. Please note, the password should be alpha-numeric with a special character, For eg: acumen@123

4. Log in to the app by entering the new password.

5. For 2-factor authentication, either enable biometrics or log in with OTP.

6. Once verified, you will be logged in to the app successfully.

Creating a Watchlist

1. Choose the Watchlist tab

2. Click on the floating button on the right

3. Click on the + sign

4. Enter a watchlist name

Watchlist is created successfully. To choose the watchlist, click on the dropdown at the left corner & choose the watchlist you had created.

Adding Funds to your trading account (Payin)

1. Choose the watchlist you wish to add scripts

2. Click on the search button in the top right corner of the app.

3. Enter the script name

4. Choose Cash or F&O

5. Click on add button next to the script.

6. Go back and the script will appear in the watchlist

The script will be added to your watchlist immediately.

Buying scripts

1. Choose the script from the watchlist you wish to trade.

2. To view script details, click on the script.

3. To directly trade, choose the script and side your figure to the right.

4. You can either buy/sell directly by entering trade details.

Selling scripts (Enabling E-DIS facility)

If the client hasn't submitted a physical POA copy, the clients can sell the scripts by enabling E-DIS in the mobile app.

1. To enable E-DIS, click on Portfolio at the bottom of the screen.

2. Select Holdings tab > Click authorization

3. Choose/select all the scripts you wish to sell > Click on generate E-DIS T-PIN

4. An T-PIN will be sent to your registered mobile number.

5. Click on Request e-DIS on the same page > Click on submit

6. Enter your T-PIN & verify the same with an OTP sent to your registered phone number & e-mail ID.

7. Once successful, you can sell/square off the scripts by either going to your watchlist or portfolio tab.

Checking account balance & other info (Back-office)

1. Click on the burger icon on the top left corner of the app, to enable the side menu.

2. Click on the back office.

3. It will re-direct to ACE, where you can view your holdings, profit and loss, ledger balance & more.
