Loan Against Securities (LAS) is a term loan against marketable securities for a fixed period of time. You can avail the loan by simply pledging your shares. So go ahead and realize the full potential of your investments.

    • Eligibility: Individuals, Companies, HUF, Trust or Partnership Firms (with a minimum gross annual income of 20 Lakhs);
    • Documents Required:
      - Filled Loan Application Form;
      - Income Tax Returns for preceding two years, duly acknowledged by the Income Tax Department;
      - Self-Attested copy of PAN Card as Signature Proof
      - Address & Identity Proof, Photographs

Apply for a Loan Against Securities

Margin Trade Funding (MTF) enables you to buy shares even if you unable to pay up the entire amount of money. You only need to pay a part of the total value of purchase of the scrip that you wish to buy and we will provide the balance amount. It is short-term loan facility that investors can avail from us at an agreed rate of interest to make up for the shortfall they may face while buying shares. The investor shall pay an interest for the marginal borrowing to buy shares.


  • Why MTF?

    MTF are funds that we arrange to finance investors’ share purchases. This provides an opportunity for investors to invest more than they could by using their own money and increase the potential returns. Funds acquired through MTF can only be used to purchase securities. Here’s how:
